Mr. Allen, Blockchain Commons Founder, testified that he believes that this legislation could be one of the most pivotal laws in the technology as the bill draft would clarify the judicial jurisdiction for digital assets as well as demonstrate control of the asset. Mr. Allen also provided suggestions for further legislative action.
