At the June 12, 2020, meeting of the Select Committee on Blockchain, Financial Technology and Digital Innovation Technology on the subject of Digital Identity, Christopher discussed digital identity, identity keys in private key disclosure, decentralized forms of digital identity, public health technology and new blockchain initiatives. Christopher also discussed 2020 HB0041 and noted issues that could be resolved by adding identity keys and asked the Committee to consider a new draft of the bill. Christopher also offered suggestions related to digital identity.
